Footprints:

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed He was walking along the beach with the LORD. Across the sky flashed scenes from His life. For each scene He noticed two sets of footprints in the sand. One belonging to Him and the other to the LORD.

When the last scene of His life flashed before Him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of His life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of His life.

Lord Jesus, i lift all those who are suffering to you, help them to find the strength to get through each day. Lord i confess its not been easy for me and many others lately but we are all in the safe knowledge that you are ALWAYS there for us.
"Never will I leave you;
never will I forsake you."

From the age of 5 I attended regular Sunday school up until the age of 13.
After that I didn’t give God much thought.
I used to think that Christians were dull and boring and thought they were strange.
Then in 2005 when I was 18 I felt so low, and so distant from life. It felt like I was going nowhere. I wasn’t going anywhere with my life. I even was thinking suicidal thoughts I felt my life wasn’t worth living.
Even though a part of me was doubting that there was a God I started to pray even shouting at him at times. In the end I gave up all hope and just lived an unhappy life.
